Records and incentives
menu_bookYour registers
Keep your ASHA diary or register up to date: household list, eligible couples, pregnant women, births and deaths, immunization due list, children under 5, fever and TB cases, and people aged 30+ with CBAC.
Write the same day. Memory fades, records do not.
fact_checkCorrect records save lives
Your records help the ANM and doctor know who needs care. Correct numbers help plan vaccines, medicines and camps. Never write something that did not happen.
Check your list with the ANM and Anganwadi worker every month.
workspace_premiumIncentives
You get a fixed monthly amount for routine work and extra incentives for specific tasks, such as institutional delivery, full immunization, TB treatment support and family planning. Payment comes directly to your bank account.
Keep copies of your claim forms. Ask your ASHA facilitator if payment is late.
infoFor training ASHA workers. Always follow your ANM, Medical Officer and the latest Government guidelines. In an emergency, call 108.
